Here
are a few downloadable documents that you may find helpful for gaining
clarity and focus on what you want to achieve in your life.
Situational Analysis This
tool is great for focusing on what you want to change in your life.
Situational Analysis encourages you to examine six life domains (contentment,
relationships, occupational satisfaction, worlding, creativity-and-play,
and meaning-and-purpose), identifying where you are now and where
you want to be. (Click on the icon to download the Situational Analysis tool)
The
Decision Matrix
The Decision Matrix
is another useful tool for identifying what you wish to change in
your life. First, you assess what is good and what is not so good
in your situation. Next, you explore your hopes and fears about making
changes. The Decison Matrix will give you a good idea of what you'll
face as you journey towards you're chosen future. (Click on the icon to download the Decision Matrix tool)
My
Lifeline
Nothing more than
a sheet of paper with a line starting with Birth and ending
with Now. The idea is to mark positive life experiences in
the top half of the sheet and negative experiences in the bottom half
to identify those keystone moments on your personal lifeline that
set you off on a new trajectory. You might want to mark the more significant
moments in larger writing or different colours. This can be helpful
for recognising how you've arrived at where you are today. (Click on the icon to download the My Lifeline tool)
