The
Actualize Approach is an innovative form of therapeutic and motivational
life coaching that will help you enhance your self-understanding
and help you become more engaged in your everyday life.
First
Steps - Situational Assessment
When
you've decided that the Actualize Approach is the right
approach for you, we'll arrange our first session in your home or
in one of my consulting rooms. Our
first step is to complete a Situational Assessment, an
holistic analysis of your life-situation. This will help
generate insight into your situation and help you focus on
the areas you wish to work on [you can view or download a simplified
self-assessment tool with brief guidance notes here
to give you a general idea].
Situational
Assessment will help us identify unhelpful patterns and relationships
between different areas in your life, assess how you respond to the
world around you, help you focus on the areas of your life you wish
to change, and give direction to where you want to be.
You will receive a copy of your Actualize Situational Assessment,
a descriptive account of you-in-the-world, which can help
you gain further insight into yourself and your situation.
Next
Steps - NLP and Beyond
When you've identified what you wish to change in your life,
we'll design strategies that will help you transform your dreams into
reality.
It
may be helpful to clean up past experiences that have inhibited you,
remove limiting beliefs that have held you back, or provide you with
resources to face life's challenges with greater confidence. After
this NLP 'spring clean', you'll be setting off on your journey in
the best possible shape, into a compelling future...
Once
you're ready to start making changes in your world, we'll set about
helping you sustain your transformative changes. Together, these
will help you achieve what you want to achieve and to become the
change you wish to see in yourself.
